RTK Global Resources Limited ("RTK", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Nigeria under RC No. 1840571, provides CNG conversion and hire-purchase financing services for keke (tricycles) and other vehicles. We are the data controller of the personal data described in this policy.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 ("NDPA") and other applicable Nigerian law.

• Applicants and customers who apply for or use our CNG conversion and financing services
• Guarantors nominated by applicants
• Visitors and users of our website and customer account portal

3Personal Data We Collect

We collect this information directly from you, from your guarantors, from your use of our platform, and from identity or verification checks we carry out with your consent or as permitted by law.

4How and Why We Use Your Data

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so under the NDPA:

• Contract: to assess your application, provide the conversion and financing, and manage repayments.
• Consent: where you have agreed, for example to identity and guarantor verification, or to receive promotional messages. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation: to comply with Nigerian laws, regulatory requirements and lawful requests from authorities.
• Legitimate interests: to prevent fraud, manage credit risk, secure our platform and improve our services, provided these interests do not override your rights.

Specifically, we use your data to verify identity and vehicle ownership, carry out KYC and guarantor checks, conduct credit assessment, process deposits and instalments, arrange and record the conversion, communicate with you, recover amounts due, prevent fraud, and keep required business and financial records.

5Guarantor Information

If you nominate a guarantor, you confirm that you have told them you are sharing their details with us and that they agree to this. We use guarantor data only to verify them, assess the application, and contact them where necessary in connection with your account. Guarantors have the same rights described in section 10.

6Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:

• Conversion partners: the workshop that carries out CNG conversions on our behalf, limited to the vehicle and job details needed to do the work.
• Service providers: including identity verification, payment processing, messaging, website hosting and IT providers, who process data on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
• Professional advisers: such as lawyers, auditors and accountants.
• Authorities: courts, regulators, law enforcement or other public bodies where required by law.

Where a defaulted balance has to be recovered, we may share the minimum necessary details with lawful recovery agents or advisers.

7Transfers Outside Nigeria

Some of our service providers, including hosting and software providers, may store or process data outside Nigeria. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data receives a level of protection consistent with the NDPA, for example through contractual safeguards.

8How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above. In general, we retain account and financing records for the duration of the financing and for 6 years after the account is closed or fully repaid, to meet legal, tax and audit requirements. Application data of unsuccessful applicants is kept for 12 months. We then delete or anonymise it securely.

9How We Protect Your Data

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls limited to authorised staff, secure login for customer accounts, encrypted connections to our platform, and confidentiality obligations for staff and partners. No system is completely secure, but we will act promptly if a breach occurs and, where required, notify the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) and affected individuals within the timelines set by law.

10Your Rights Under NDPA

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your data is used and access a copy of it
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data where there is no legal or contractual reason for us to keep it
• Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing
• Receive your data in a portable format where applicable
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
• Not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that significantly affects you
• Lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 14. We may need to verify your identity first and will respond within a reasonable time as required by law.

11Children

Our services are for persons aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child's data has been given to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

12Cookies and Website Data

Our website and customer portal may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if you disable them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website with its effective date, and we will notify you of significant changes where appropriate.
