Applicants must be at least 18 and own or operate a Keke tricycle, commercial car (taxi/ride-hail), or private car assessed as eligible.

Step 02
Park leadership (for Keke)
Keke applicants can register under their designated Park Chairman, enabling multiple vehicles to operate under coordinated garage leadership.
Step 03
Vehicle and licence
Valid registration, proof of ownership or legal authorization, a valid driver's licence and a successful technical inspection are required.
Step 04
Repayment capacity
Applicants must show verifiable income or another source of repayment, provide the required deposit and accept the financing terms.
